| All appointments are scheduled according to mutual agreement about convenient day and time. Appointments for Individual Therapy Program assessments are usually at 9 or 9:30 a.m., or as late as 10:a.m. Of course weekends are popular, so they may fill up first. Consultations, in-service education programs, and Screenings are usually off-site: that is, occur where the client is, not at the GET ABLE office. Appointments for any of those are entirely flexible, therefore. To schedule an appointment, email is best, so it's in writing. As feasible, at the end of each Individual Therapy Program visit, the next appointment date/time is set and written on the report that goes home with you. Until GET ABLE has clerical support, no other notification of an appointment will occur. That is, don't expect to be phoned the day before, as is done by many doctor offices.
