Regular therapy clients [see description of Individual Therapy Program]
1. Scheduling
a. Parts I and II of the 3-part startup sequence will be at the Oceanside office
[see below for recommended plan] approximately one week before Part III in Chatsworth
[Part I is Assessment, Part II presents the Neurodevelopmental Profile and recommended
program, Part III is Fine-tuning/Reinforcement]
b. All 6 about-monthly Program Review/Reassessment visits will be in Chatsworth per
contract, with understood penalty for missed or canceled appointments*
c. The number of new clients accepted depends on openings available (see below).
2. Fees: $3,000 covers the full program, from Part I through the 6th program review
visit, with email availability between and phone contact as necessary.

Recommended plan for initiating a program for the L.A./Ventura satellite:
Approximately one week before any of the above dates, Part I at 2 p.m. in Oceanside; stay
overnight; Part II at 9:30 a.m. the next morning; Part III any available 2-hour appointment
available.

* NOTE: I cannot afford any flexibility in scheduling, as I can in Oceanside. For this
satellite service to work for all of us, I need full commitment from the clients whom I will
serve. Missed appointments will be subtracted from the total number of visits. Cancellations
require notification by Monday of the week in which the appointment is scheduled in
Chatsworth. Cancelling an Assessment will necessarily bump that client to the Wait list, to be notified of the next opportunity.

Consultation service
Any school in the area may contract for GET ABLE consultation regarding up to 3 students,
for the dates of service in Chatsworth, if a client has not filled all of the available
time. See Consultation contract.
 

Community Information presentation
Any group interested in hosting a free 2-hour introduction to the Holistic Approach to
NeuroDevelopment and Learning Efficiency may arrange this program with me.
